Reflection is a good thing.
Time to pause,
Step back
And observe.
If you like what you see,
Carry on.
If not,
Stay in the moment.
Allow yourself to feel
what’s going on inside.
Breathe.
Breathe again.
That breath will help clear your mind.
New thoughts can come forth that
can help get you back to a ‘feel good’ place.
If your energy field
is rooted in feeling good,
feeling relaxed, ..then
The Law of Attraction
will draw to you new experiences and opportunites
that will shift “what was”
To a new “what is.”
From time to the direction we’re headed in
comes up for review…
Asking us to reflect and question ourselves:
What we are doing,
Where we are headed,
Who we are choosing to become
For who we are is a constant work in progress.
Take time to construct a vision that fullfills you.
With Love,
Hara

What exactly is a ritual?
Rituals are customs that we practice…
They have:
A start and a finish
A structured recipe or process
An intention
A desired result
So let’s say you’re working toward goal.
Here’s a sampling of a ritual (process) you can create to achieve it:
1-Make your list of things to accomplish.
2-Prioritize your time.
3-Number them from easiest, to the most difficult.
4-Put each task into your daily planner…so there’s time allotted.
5-Check in with your self during the day to see where you’re at.
(Maybe you’re not motivated to finish what you’re working on…but are
inspired to work on something else)
6-Keep it simple…,keep it consistent.
7-Acknowledge your successes during each day. (This will be of great value to
recondition the mind for success…)
Everyday I repeatedly pat myself on the back when I accomplish even the smallest
thing.
Why?
Because I was brought up in a critical household.
My mind has been conditioned to look for the faults..
So now, I make it my focus to acknowledge all the actions I take that
successfully complete the desired result
It could be that I:
Found time to go to the gym, even in a busy day
Had a nice chat with my mom
Took my dog for two walks
Finally got to the post office to mail out that package
Granted, these are small things…but that’s exactly the point.
We do many more small actions during each day.
Focusing on the successful completion is an energetic boost!
It instantly makes me feel good…
and when I feel good, I become inspired.
I practice this ritual everyday!
The mind is like a computer…what you put in…stays in,
Put in good things!
Programming your mind to do the same positive activity every day creates a new
patterning…
Before you know it, a new habit will form.
Here’s A Good Story:
A young woman lived with an older man and woman who were distant relatives to
her.
The couple were not the happiest of folks, and her relationship to them was
without much personal contact.
Nevertheless, every morning when she would leave the house she would turn around
and say to them both, “Have a great day, I Love You.”
The relatives never answered her back.
Day after day, week after week, when she would leave the house, she would turn
around and utter the words, “Have a great day, I Love You.”
She continued with the same practice for a couple of months, until one day, she
left the house, and didn’t say a word.
She just kept walking.
Her relatives stood at the doorway befuddled, looked at each other and then
yelled out, HEY!!! “You forgot to say, Have a great day… I Love You!”
Practice positive daily rituals…and watch how things change!
