Reflection is a good thing.

Time to pause,
Step back
And observe.

If you like what you see,
Carry on.

If not,
Stay in the moment.
Allow yourself to feel
what’s going on inside.

Breathe.

Breathe again.

That breath will help clear your mind.

New thoughts can come forth that
can help get you back to a ‘feel good’ place.

If your energy field
is rooted in feeling good,
feeling relaxed, ..then
The Law of Attraction
will draw to you new experiences and opportunites
that will shift “what was”
To a new “what is.”

From time to the direction we’re headed in
comes up for review…
Asking us to reflect and question ourselves:
What we are doing,
Where we are headed,
Who we are choosing to become

For who we are is a constant work in progress.

Take time to construct a vision that fullfills you.

With Love,
Hara

I hear it everyday in conversations with clients,
friends, family..even neighbors

People waiting for the “moment” to come
When they’ll be able to enjoy life…
To live it as they would…IF..
they were able.

But there’s always a ton of things piled on our desk
that need our immediate attention..
Not to mention the daily responsibilities that only WE can handle…
Should something unexpected come up during a day that requires our focus…
Well, face it, we’d be knee deep with that frequent visitor,
OVERWHELM!

It’s not that you can’t do all of the above,
It’s just that it leaves NO time for US.

We’re not open to allow in
That precious time in the morning, to connect with
The source Of Joy
That precious time to allow inspiration to flood our minds…
Precious time to feel motivated, and act on what’s brewing in our imagination.

What do we have to do to change this behavior?
What book, workshop, set of cds do we have to buy?

The answer to this situation
is actually quite easy to access

It lies within you to give yourself permission
To do things differently.

To say, “I’m worth it!”

Get off the super frantic highway of constantly
doing, and fixing, and going,
and grant yourself time to relax,
reflect and renew.

There’s no greater gift you can give yourself,
For it is within this precious time that you will receive
a flood of inspiring thoughts that will surface to your once cluttered mind.
And the vibrance of life; that beautiful peaceful energy
that creates magnificence in the world will fill you…
uninterrupted!

Grant yourself the time to let go of your daily routine,
and bathe in the serenity of “all is well”.

It is, you know…more than a simple statement.
It is the truth of this Universe.
Connecting to that endless power,
that unlimited flow of abundance, will truly
Set you FREE, if you allow it.

Free to relax and let go…
Free to listen for guidance, find answers,
and solutions.

What exactly is a ritual?

Rituals are customs that we practice…

They have:
A start and a finish
A structured recipe or process
An intention
A desired result

So let’s say you’re working toward goal.
Here’s a sampling of a ritual (process) you can create to achieve it:

1-Make your list of things to accomplish.
2-Prioritize your time.
3-Number them from easiest, to the most difficult.
4-Put each task into your daily planner…so there’s time allotted.
5-Check in with your self during the day to see where you’re at.
(Maybe you’re not motivated to finish what you’re working on…but are
inspired to work on something else)
6-Keep it simple…,keep it consistent.
7-Acknowledge your successes during each day.  (This will be of great value to
recondition the mind for success…)

Everyday I repeatedly pat myself on the back when I accomplish even the smallest
thing.

Why?
Because I was brought up in a critical household.
My mind has been conditioned to look for the faults..

So now, I make it my focus to acknowledge all the actions I take that
successfully complete the desired result

It could be that I:
Found time to go to the gym, even in a busy day
Had a nice chat with my mom
Took my dog for two walks
Finally got to the post office to mail out that package

Granted, these are small things…but that’s exactly the point.
We do many more small actions during each day.
Focusing on the successful completion is an energetic boost!

It instantly makes me feel good…
and when I feel good, I become inspired.

I practice this ritual everyday!

The mind is like a computer…what you put in…stays in,
Put in good things!

Programming your mind to do the same positive activity every day creates a new
patterning…
Before you know it, a new habit will form.

Here’s A Good Story:

A young woman lived with an older man and woman who were distant relatives to
her.
The couple were not the happiest of folks, and her relationship to them was
without much personal contact.
Nevertheless, every morning when she would leave the house she would turn around
and say to them both, “Have a great day, I Love You.”

The relatives never answered her back.

Day after day, week after week, when she would leave the house, she would turn
around and utter the words, “Have a great day,  I Love You.”
She continued with the same practice for a couple of months,  until one day, she
left the house, and didn’t say a word.

She just kept walking.

Her relatives stood at the doorway befuddled, looked at each other and then
yelled out, HEY!!! “You forgot to say, Have a great day… I Love You!”

Practice positive daily rituals…and watch how things change!
